Mark is an experienced Director with expertise in property, facilities management, and leisure. Previously leading a team of 125 people and being involved in rebranding a multi-million-pound business resulting in a year on year revenue growth of 48%, Mark has recently joined Mobius bringing all his experience and knowledge in the commercial sector and is now the Commercial Director for Mobius. Within the company, Mark is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and sales, liasing with new customers and negotiating with suppliers.
Anita BignellFounder & Support Services Director - Mobius Works Ltd

Anita worked in the Insurance Sector following Sixth Form College handling Personal Injury claims and obtained various related qualifications including an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service until 2015, when she joined an Electrical Contractor as the General Office Manager and Head of Admin. Anita is the Founder and our Support Services Director, ensuring all staff utilise appropriate procedures, providing administrative assistance for sales, accounting and communications.

With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, Tim is Managing Director of Mobius Construct Ltd and has worked across all sectors from residential to health to leisure to commercial, including D&B. Tim also sits on the Board of Mobius Works Ltd. Tim’s approach is always collaborative and is constantly looking for solutions that result in positive outcomes for clients, supply chain and indeed all stakeholders. Tim is a Chartered Builder with a degree in construction management and sits on the Great Western committee of the fbe (Forum for the Built Environment), he is also a Bristol Sport Ambassador and is usually sitting courtside
Andy CrookesDivisional Director - Mobius Works Ltd - M&E
Andy has worked within the industry for 25 years. He has gained qualifications in Mechanical Engineering services and Gas Safety as well as gaining his HNC. He is a firm believer in development and has qualifications in both electrical, oil and renewable technologies as well as holding DEA and NDEA qualifications. His strengths lay within client management, this has been proven with satisfaction and growth within every business he has worked. For Mobius, Andy is responsible for the day to day operation of the mechanical and responsive sectors and future planning the growth of the division.

Helene has previous experience within the Construction Industry as an expert in business development, bid management and marketing. Helene has recently joined Mobius as our Divisional Director of Business Development, where she leads sales and client-relationship management, tracks new markets and emerging trends, develops new strategic partnerships, writes proposals, bids and plans and lastly directs long-term aims and objectives to meet business requirements.

Carly is a Divisional Director in Mobius Construct responsible for developing client relationships and overseeing projects. A specialist in delivering high end commercial workplace schemes, with a background in Project Management and Quantity Surveying. Carly has worked nationally for a number of large global businesses including law firms, defence and high end retail companies. An ex-chair of Women In Property South West and Bristol Sport Ambassador, Carly brings much passion and enthusiasm to the Mobius team!

Adam has years of experience in the construction industry, taking on multiple job roles such as quantity surveying, managing health and safety policies and procedures, producing construction phase plans and RAM’s. Recently joining Mobius as a Divisional Director managing our projects, Adam oversees performance of design and construction phase of contract commitments, manages and directs day-to-day activities of policies, practices and procedures and presents the company in new business opportunities, building new relationships with clients.

Peter is qualified as an Electrical Contract Manager and NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor. Expert in Electrical Testing and Installations after an experience and varied career within the electrical industry, starting as an apprentice and working his way up to being an Electrical Divisional Director. Peter manages Site Workers, Analyses Data and Performance Management, Manages the Planning and Allocations of Recourses, Provides Risk Assessment Documents, Method Statements, Business Continuity Plans, Company Policies and Operational Procedures.

Owain with 16 years of experience within the construction industry has recently joined Mobius, starting off as a carpenter in his early years, working his way up to specialising in £4m projects within the Hospitality, Residential and Commercial sectors. Owain is now our Facilities and Small Works Manager and his day to day role involves being responsible for building client relations, delivering our KPI’s, working with our internal engineering resource, analysing data and performance planning making us ‘infinitely better’.

Paul has 20 years of quantity surveying experience. Starting his career for a well-established builder’s merchant and building on his experience of materials and supplies to focus on property refurbishment. Paul has moved steadily up the ranks as regional estimator for one of the UK’s largest contractors and honing his skills and QS experience, estimating, surveying, cost-control and project managing building refurbishment and property maintenance for projects ranging in size from small, yet fast-paced works valued at £60,000 through to larger frameworks in excess of £6.5m.

Ben is our Business Development Manager. He has worked within design and build of commercial projects for the last 4 years working with clients to manage expectations and develop relationships with new and existing clients. Ben has brought his experience with implementing business systems to ensure operational efficiency and deliver an infinitely better service to our customers. Outside of Mobius, Ben has his own software company within the sports industry and is a national league assistant referee.
Ryan HansellJunior Contracts Manager & Quantity Surveyor - Mobius Works Ltd
Ryan is training to become a quantity surveyor. In the industry since he left school 4 years ago, he has achieved his level 3 in construction in the built environment, level 3 in construction contracting and his SMSTS. He has been on jobs ranging from small scale jobs around £30,000 to large scale project such as the Finzels Reach project in Bristol that was £78m. Ryan helps to survey works, meet clients and write up quotes to help secure the business works, as well as assisting other departments within the business to help widen his knowledge of the different roles within the industry.
Kirsten HarbordBusiness Development Executive
Kirsten has recently joined Mobius as a Business Development manager, with over 30 years of professional experience in the industry. For Mobius, Kirsten will be developing business opportunities within a very strict criteria for project directors, following up on leads from commercial agents, project managers and networking groups/forums, managing and maintaining the sales sections of the CRM system which includes generating reports and carrying out regular meetings with directors and other divisions to ensure every lead is being tracked and progressed fully.

Laura is our Project Coordinator and has currently taken on an apprenticeship in Management. Her previous experience as a sales coordinator has further developed her skills in building customer relationships, converting reports into quotes, seeking best prices for suppliers, working alongside engineers ensuring they are working efficiently and lastly ensuring targets are being met. Laura is currently involved in raising jobs, invoicing, labour planning, developing customer relationships on the phone, arranging quotes, ordering materials and plants for sites as well as arranging health and safety visits for large sites.

Laura started with us as a temporary Accounts Assistant and has now landed herself a full-time position here at Mobius. Her previous experience has enabled her to develop numerous skills in working alongside seniors and management and liaising with both colleagues and clients. Her daily works include dealing with purchase ledger, processing and preparing financial records, processing invoices, preparing payments for employees and helps oversee clients’ accounts.

Cassie started with us as a temporary office administrator and worked her way up to being a helpdesk works co-ordinator. Her previous experience as a team leader has allowed her to develop skills in running the help desk and maintaining a strong customer satisfaction. Cassie is one of our first points of contact for all enquiries. Her daily works include raising jobs for our project managers, invoicing, dealing with reactive call outs, ordering materials or hire equipment for our engineers, issuing PO numbers and scheduling planned maintenance for a number of our clients.

Grace is our Digital Marketing apprentice who recently joined Mobius. Grace was a full time student at the University of Bath studying sport and has worked her way in becoming a successful DJ in the heart of Bristol with experience in social media platforms and online based digital technologies. For Mobius, Grace is our in-house marketer, monitoring all social media platforms, writing blogs, edits tenders and proposals and works closely with our marketing team.

Janice manages the purse strings at Mobius, taking overall responsibility for all things finance. Invoices, wages, invoice management and management accounting all fall under her remit. When not keeping an eagle eye on the finances Janice enjoys walking and eating out.

Clare has been with us for 3 years and has developed numerous skills within the electrical industry, having previously worked as a Finance Assistant in an electrical contracting environment for over 10 years. Clare has brought her thorough understanding of industry specific finance processes and procedures over to Mobius and is now our Service Desk Administrator. Clare currently deals with every aspects of purchase ledger.
