Lee BignellFounder & Managing Director
Lee is a professionally qualified electrical engineer and NICEIC Principal Duty Holder. He has worked on designing and delivering installations for data, voice, power, and renewable energy. Projects have been as varied as Iris patient recognition for drug administration for NHS Net, through to high security contracts for the Prison Services, and fast-track projects for commercial clients with restricted and sensitive environments.
Lee oversees client engagement, business growth and commercial arrangements with customers.
Mark ShortlandCommercial Director
Mark is an experienced Director with expertise in property, facilities management, and leisure. Previously leading a team of 125 people and being involved in rebranding a multi-million-pound business resulting in a year on year revenue growth of 48%, Mark brings all his experience and knowledge in the commercial sector to Mobius.
Within the company, Mark is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and sales, liaising with new customers and negotiating with suppliers.
Anita BignellFounder & Support Services Director
Anita worked in the Insurance Sector following Sixth Form College handling Personal Injury claims and obtained various related qualifications including an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service until 2015, when she joined an Electrical Contractor as the General Office Manager and Head of Admin.
Alex ReevesDivisional Director - Projects
With 17 years in the industry Alex is experienced in estimating, quantity surveying and has extensive contract management skills. Alex is very experienced JCT & NEC 3 contracts, schedule of rates and framework agreements.
Alex oversees performance of design & construction phase of contract commitments to ensure profitability and timing of execution of work is met. He also manages and directs day-to-day activities of division staff in line with established policies, practices, and procedures. He represents the company in new business opportunities and builds new relationships with clients.
Paul AbbottQuantity Surveyor & Estimator
Paul has 20 years of quantity surveying experience. Starting his career for a well-established builder’s merchant and building on his experience of materials and supplies to focus on property refurbishment.
Paul has moved steadily up the ranks as regional estimator for one of the UK’s largest contractors and honing his skills and QS experience, estimating, surveying, cost-control and project managing building refurbishment and property maintenance for projects ranging in size from small, yet fast-paced works valued at £60,000 through to larger frameworks in excess of £6.5m.
Peter Price-HiggottDivisional Director - Electrical
Peter is qualified as an Electrical Contract Manager and NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor. Expert in Electrical Testing and Installations after an experience and varied career within the electrical industry, starting as an apprentice and working his way up to being an Electrical Divisional Director.
Peter manages Site Workers, Analyses Data and Performance Management, Manages the Planning and Allocations of Recourses, Provides Risk Assessment Documents, Method Statements, Business Continuity Plans, Company Policies and Operational Procedures.
Craig PatchFM & Small Works Manager
Craig is an experienced Contract Manager working in Facilities Management. He has successfully negotiated and won a £3M per year contract within his first 4 months; embedding a third-party system into the organisations helpdesk to facilitate complete communication between parties.
His day to day role within the company involves being responsible for the FM and Small Works delivery. Building client relations, working with internal engineering resources. He analyses data for performance planning and developing office and field colleagues to make us ‘infinitely better’
Andy CrookesDivisional Director - Mechanical
Andy has worked within the industry for 25 years. He has gained qualifications in Mechanical Engineering services and Gas Safety as well as gaining his HNC.
He is a firm believer in development and has qualifications in both electrical, oil and renewable technologies as well as holding DEA and NDEA qualifications. His strengths lay within client management, this has been proven with satisfaction and growth within every business he has worked.
For Mobius, Andy is responsible for the day to day operation of the mechanical and responsive sectors and future planning the growth of the division.
Linda PekseFinance Manager
Linda is a fully qualified and result driven Finance Manager. Linda is experienced in successfully managing finance team, monitoring all company financial operations, conducting cash flow forecasts and financial strategies, and generating reports and analysis.
Linda has the ‘can-do’ attitude and the energy and commitment to maintain high quality standards, prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines when under pressure.
Mark BowyerProject Manager & Estimator
Mark joins the Mobius team as a Project Manager with over 30 years of experience working within the build industry. He started out as a carpenter/ joiner for a number of years, working his way up into site management and is now currently in project management.
Mark is used to working in a demanding, results driven environment with experience of managing a large team to deliver project outputs on time with cost targets being met. For Mobius, Mark oversees the Facility Management project works, which include liaising with clients and subcontractors.
Ben WilliamsonBusiness Development Manager
Ben is our Business Development Manager. He has worked within design and build of commercial projects for the last 4 years working with clients to manage expectations and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
Ben has brought his experience with implementing business systems to ensure operational efficiency and deliver an infinitely better service to our customers. Outside of Mobius, Ben has his own software company within the sports industry and is a national league assistant referee.
Ryan HansellJunior Contracts Manager & Quantity Surveyor
Ryan is training to become a quantity surveyor. In the industry since he left school 4 years ago, he has achieved his level 3 in construction in the built environment, level 3 in construction contracting and his SMSTS. He has been on jobs ranging from small scale jobs around £30,000 to large scale project such as the Finzels Reach project in Bristol that was £78m.
Ryan helps to survey works, meet clients and write up quotes to help secure the business works, as well as assisting other departments within the business to help widen his knowledge of the different roles within the industry.
Laura TugwellWorks Co-ordinator
Laura is our Project Coordinator and has currently taken on an apprenticeship in Management. Her previous experience as a sales coordinator has further developed her skills in building customer relationships, converting reports into quotes, seeking best prices for suppliers, working alongside engineers ensuring they are working efficiently and lastly ensuring targets are being met.
Laura is currently involved in raising jobs, invoicing, labour planning, developing customer relationships on the phone, arranging quotes, ordering materials and plants for sites as well as arranging health and safety visits for large sites.
Cassie RawlingsWorks Co-ordinator
Cassie started with us as a temporary office administrator and worked her way up to being a helpdesk works co-ordinator. Her previous experience as a team leader has allowed her to develop skills in running the help desk and maintaining a strong customer satisfaction.
Cassie is one of our first points of contact for all enquiries. Her daily works include raising jobs for our project managers, invoicing, dealing with reactive call outs, ordering materials or hire equipment for our engineers, issuing PO numbers and scheduling planned maintenance for a number of our clients.
Janice manages the purse strings at Mobius, taking overall responsibility for all things finance. Invoices, wages, invoice management and management accounting all fall under her remit. When not keeping an eagle eye on the finances Janice enjoys walking and eating out.
Clare has been with us for 3 years and has developed numerous skills within the electrical industry, having previously worked as a Finance Assistant in an electrical contracting environment for over 10 years. Clare has brought her thorough understanding of industry specific finance processes and procedures over to Mobius and is now our Service Desk Administrator.
Clare currently deals with every aspects of purchase ledger.
Grace HoodDigital Marketing
Grace is our Digital Marketing apprentice who recently joined Mobius. Grace was a full time student at the University of Bath studying sport and has worked her way in becoming a successful DJ in the heart of Bristol with experience in social media platforms and online based digital technologies.
For Mobius, Grace is our in-house marketer, monitoring all social media platforms, writing blogs, edits tenders and proposals and works closely with our marketing team.
